I'm 15 years old. (16 next january) and I have this "friend" who is 23. She's really nice and I look up to her kinda like a big sister and well is that weird to have an adult friend? do you think she'd even want to hang out with me?

It's not weird, because she's still young enough to relate to you. She would probably hang out with you, but not neccessarily with her friends because they're older.
Just talk to her and have her come hang out, but do adult activities, rather than a slumber party type event.
maybe a day at the spa would be nice.

I'm sixteen and I have college friends, not many but I still have some (: I mean if your laid back and you don't expect anything other than a friendship than yeah I think she will, just ask.

You can ask her to hang out but dont expect more than a frienship. You are under age.

It depends on her character. Older people can lead you into bad habits and bad behavior. If she has good character, there is nothing wrong with being friends.
