can they see my messages or ignoring me?

Question

so i sent a message to my friend on fb, and hes using the mobile app of fb and i was wondering since he didnt reply to my message in a week and there was no "seen". Did he see my message and ignore it by just clicking the chat button or did he really not see my message? and when u message someone that uses the moblie app do they always get the message?

He also has a huge friend list 2

If it was a short message it is possible that he could read it without clicking on it, in which case it would show up as unread and yes, he is maybe ignoring you. Or maybe he hasn't seen it at all because other people messaged him at the same time and it just kinda got lost... Why don't you just message him again or call him up?? It's the only way to know for sure! Good luck!

On the mobile app when you bring the inbox up (this is referring to the app on an android OS like on my Samsung S3) you can see a few lines of the message you have got before you even go into the message to read it. So my guess will be he may have seen the first line or two and then decided not to go into the message to read it (especially if it doesn't say it's been 'seen' on yours). Either that or he may just not have gotten around to checking it or had no idea it's come through (this has happen to me before as the app is not perfect). My advice would be to try another method (text?) or try sending the message again on FB.

I had the same problem with my ex. I would send him a msg on fb, see that he was on earlier but never got a reply. I also saw that he HAD seen it cause it told me he had... so it SHOULD tell you they had received it..... Now, either ur friend HAS seen it, read it, put as Unread and IS ignoring you, or he/she REALLY HASNT seen it, got caught up doing something and forgot to reply back to you. Did you try calling him???? One of the ways to tell is also by checking their fb status and recent comments.... that way u know for sure if they were on, and u can tell if they are truly ignoring you. People normally CHECK their msg on fb while they are logged in. With my ex, he was usually on a while before me, posted new ****, but never replied to me.... so i KNEW he was ignoring me... he usually gave me the "im sry i was busy" type of BS response.
