Why does he and his friend stare at me?

There's this guy i used to talked to, I Got Marry with him on Facebook Last Year, He will maked status about me like he seem to like me,he will talked to me every day, My friend told me that he liked me because when she would talk about me he will tell all his friends to shut up so he can hear what she was saying about me, He was really nice and sweet.
But then we stopped talking,
Now we go to the same school,on wednesday i saw him staring at me and all his friends to, thursday i was passing with one of the girl that i hang out with, i saw one of his friend telling him something when i got up and started walking, they both were looking at me
And friday he just kept looking at me and i will turn to see and he will just looked away every time i will turn, and he will talked to his friends they would looked at me and kept talking and just staring at me
My friend saw and she said he still had feeling for me because of the way he looked at me and just smiled the whole time.
So does that mean he likes me or something?
