Can cold hearted ppl have warm hearts?

My brother is always cold hearted when it comes to support me or helping me around, n i was just wondering if he truly has a warm heart or feels bad about it??

Anyone can change...even brothers! I too have a "cold hearted" brother. He always wants people to feel sorry for him but he has no "heart" for others. Sometimes he's just downright mean. He used to enjoy beating our dog with a rubber hose...until the dog got loose! He was always mean. But, I keep hoping he'll change. I really don't know what goes through his head, whether he has warm thoughts & feelings. Sometimes, it seems like he's trying to do something nice, but it always seems to have strings attached...expectations of big-time recognition or something. My sister and I talk about that all the time, seeing these brief glimpses of generosity & caring. Then, he'll turn around and do something really nasty and make us both want to duct tape him to a wall. He just doesn't get it. He thinks he's always right and everyone else is just dumb. All because HE went to two years of tech school. Big hairy deal! But, we still keep hoping that something will thaw his chilly heart, without breaking him totally. After all, even sisters can love their brother, even when he's being a jerk. But, can cold people become warm? Yes, they can. I'm living proof of that. I used to not care about much of anything except for me. It was all about me. But, something happened to change that cold heart. I let God in. He shined His light into all those dark places of my heart, and made me into someone who cares very deeply about people. I put others' needs in front of mine. It's me last now. There's so much more to the world now than my little corner. I've got a wider vision than before. God has allowed me to see beyond myself. I try to make a difference, in everything I do & say. I want to help, wherever that may be. I would say that there is still hope for your brother. I will pray for him. <*)))><

To me, everyone in this world has warm hearts even the most mean person on earth. Some people act mean is maybe because they want to be acknowledge by people or their love ones. They can also have certain things happen to them and change them. Sometimes time an change everything.

You either have a good heart or a bad heart, that's how it is. People are born this way, and you can't do anything to change them.

Yes it can. What you two need, i guess, is communication. Find out what seems to be the problem. There's always a cause for every something.

of course,maybe u guys have had differences in the past that he hasnt been able to let go of,but that doesnt mean he doesnt love u i'm sure that when u need him he will sure be there so dont trip.
