I just dont understand! :((:((:((?

I'm very insecure & was very bullied for 7 years by certain people for being ugly. But now I look in the mirror & cry. When I see a picture of myself I go into a complete panic attack, have a breakdown & start throwing & screaming....
Its gotten worse. But my friend who is actually really mean to me, says I'm beautiful, and that she is NOT lying that her lil sis thinks so to & her brother, and she always envies me & wants to look like me. My cousins said I am very beautiful without even knowing I'm insecure, my whole family thinks so & my gross male cousins hit on me all the time. Ive been asked out by all my guy friends....but this makes no sense. When I look at myself I see a mishaped, overbitten, square headed, crooked nosed, weird lipped, diformed weirdo. What is happening?

sounds to me like those people who have bullied you for being ugly are insecure and jealous. dont be so hard on your self, so many people think your beautiful as well so instead of focusing on all those stupid jealous girls think about all those people who think your beautiful because you are ♥ dont be so hard on yourself! ;)

You are obviously gorgeous by the sounds of it, trust me if people say your beautiful they ain't going to lie. Sounds like many people have said it so obviously you are just insecure. I felt the exact same I just couldn't be bothered to look at myself and take compliments. But to make yourself secure again make yourself look even more gorgeous , lovely makeup! Sexy hair style, shorts! Belly tops! Take them compliment girl it will make you feel a hole lot better.... Well known fact the way you see yourself isn't the way others see you, you think you look bad but that just psychological :))) chin up!

I think that u should stop thinking bad about yourself. Stop looking at yourself for a few days. Find ways to build your self confidence. It will be a lot of hard work and will take a lot of time. First you need to want to change. Next you need to think how you are going to change. Then make a plan and finally work hard on changing. Life will never be easy if yu hate yourself. I know how it feels.



You are pretty. Everyone is pretty in their own way. Plus just think why will someone be bullying you for no reason Definitely those ppl are jealous of something you have and they do not.



You need to make a change. And stop hanging around with ppl who make u feel bad.

Sounds like you have body dismorphic disorder or BDD. I have it and it means no matter what everyone says, you still think of your self as ugly and your self esteem greatly effects your life, making you do anything in your power to change your flaw or make over not see your flaw.

Try seeking medical help, or it will just get worse as it did for me,
