how to quit being so nice?

Im way to nice. An I put up with bs in the end. Friend an strangers. Im always nice to do things for my friends an in the end I get treated like trash. An girls I oike im allways nice and sweet to but in the end they lose interest :(. Ia something wrong with being nice. :( it seem like a curse to me now. What am I do so wrong to make girls lose interest an friend an best friends to treat ne like crap. What is wrong :( what am I doing wrong an how can I change it I really hate it

There's nothing wrong with being nice, but be nice to yourself first.



Girls come and go. That's just how it is. So does everything else.
