My "pal" stole my memory card from my cellphone?

I'm in bus and so he is. In the bus, I was talking with my friend and he literally just comes up to me and he's like," Give me your cellphone."
"No!"
"Fast, I promise."
"Leave Nick!"
"No man just give me your cellphone."
Friend:"If you don't give him your cell phone I'm going to slap him."
I'm just like whatever, "Fine Nick."
So I see him take my cellphone and he steals my memory card! IT'S A NEW PHONE he doesn't give it back! Trust me, I can't take it from him by force.... lmaoo trust me. He's done this sort of crap before it's his way of playing around...it's just that he WILL NOT give it back i'm pist! Now what?
