Whats with this online friend?? Is he being a jerk or scared?

Question

I was planning on meeting my online friend today at my university because we both go to same school. Yesterday, he asked me if i wanna hang out and chat on campus for a bit so i said ok, since weve gotten to be good friends online. Well he says he'll call me and whatnot in the morning at school.


Well, today, he didn't call me AT ALL nor did he send me a text that he got busy or something. He plans it then backs off saying he needed to leave when i ended up texting him first.

I'm kinda mad because he brought up the plans and i kinda rearranged my schedule to come to school and do my schoolstuff so i have time to meet up and have coffee or something with him.


So, is he being a jerk and is he not worth being a friend?? Or is he just scared to meet me...??

Weird thing is hes sooo outgoing online and always initiates the conversations and hes so cool~ but for some reason in real life, i dont get that picture..

Are you sure hes not a rapist? No but really, if he doesn't want to meet up with you maybe he is scared. Or maybe something really did come up. Don't just jump to conclusions so quickly. Ask him whats up. But like the first person who answered said beware. If you have seen his pic and stuff then you don't really have anything to worry about in that subject, but if you have not then you never know. Good Luck.

people play a lot of games online, it cud just be fear but it cud be that he's not who he says he is.... he's not worth your time.
