Seems a very hard job, but i have a suggestion:

There's a daily program on the state tv channel called "Praça da Alegria", where people can send messages which pass on the bottom of the screen. It's quite common to find messages of people in your situation - that are trying to find old friends or relatives.

I was only able to find the procedure from Portugal, but if you want i can send an sms to the program.

If so, send me your name, your location and the message. Maybe you'll be lucky...

Lisbon is Europe's second-oldest capital and after home to the world's greatest explorers like Vasco da Gama, Magellan and Prince Henry the Navigator, becoming the first correct world town, the capital of an empire spreading total continents, from South America (Brazil) to Asia (Macao, China; Goa, India) and know you are able to invest a couple of time to understand this ancient town, with hotelbye is where you should start. Probably the most recognized of Lisbon's major attractions may be the St. George's Castle. That fort orders a fantastic place near Alfama on the top of a mountain overlooking the Portuguese capital. This really is among Lisbon's most widely used tourist destinations. Its remarkable battlements, participating memorial, and fascinating archaeological site combine to make the fort a gratifying knowledge for everyone, and children especially will like clambering on the durable walls and towers that encircle the grounds.
